  1. Yes, the current beta is working, thank you! Unfortunately, it still crashes when I try to open the file, it does not matter whether I choose make copy or simply open/edit the file without making a copy. I will put the file in dropbox, thank you for your help.
  2. Sorry for my late reaction, I was on a holiday. Unfortunately the latest beta does not open at all. It installs perfectly, I see the small startscreen and then it is gone. Could you please reopen the dropbox or provide a new link? Thank you so much!
  3. Are you using the latest release version? Yes Can you reproduce it? Unfortunately yes, it happens every time I try to open some of my affinity designer files. Does it happen for a new document? If not do you have a document you can share that shows the problem? Prefer not to share publically, because it is a client file. If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem for example it should include most of the following: What is your operating system and version? Windows 10 What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) Designer shuts down. It does not matter whether I double click the file, or open it with an already started designer. Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did). Open File > Crash/Total shut down Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video. N/A Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers. N/A Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently? N/A
