A week to reply to a basic request for help does not inspire confidence in the product. The failure was fixed by restarting Windows and then installing the product.

File size is 379mb. It has been downloaded twicw from Affinity site with the same results. The Digital Signature shows as Serif Sha1 and second line sha256 First line timed at 17th June 2019 10.31.01, Second line identical but 10.31.04

Downloaded the latest release today and tried to install. get failure message Set up Failed almost immediately. Using Windows 10 latest version All other applications apart from Firefox were shut down before launching the set up program

Me too. Installer hangs at computing space requirements.
