  1. When I try to use a solid vector brush I get no brush variations no matter what edits I have done to a brush. When I try to create my own brushes I choose new solid brush but instead of the editor coming up (which was what I expected ) my only option is to edit an existing brush and I can not change the curve at all. Can I post a video on this forum? Then I can can show you what's not working. Edit: Ok some of this is me still getting the hang of Affinity. I realize now that I have to create stroke profiles in a new category and the curves on the default ones can't be edited. So created a category called my brushes and great I can edit the curves BUT when I draw with my custom brush with my Wacom Intous pen and touch tablet I see the custom stroke while drawing but when I lift the pen from the tablet the customized stroke reverts to a regular brush.
  2. When selecting a single character to replace with an alternative after replacing once the list grays out and I can't choose another different one. after this happens it's difficult to get the list to activate again. The font I'm testing with is Desire Pro so I should have lots of alternates to choose from.
  3. I had a blank page with three ellipses all with different colours and had all selected. I tried to select the layers panel tab to open the layers panel and got an error then the program crashed.
  4. Hi all I'm a newbie to affinity and to Serif products so this could be me not quite grasping how the tool works. but I found that it was hard to edit the profile of the brush I could click a node on the curve but I couldn't move it. I managed to edit it a little bit accidentally by double clicking When I drew with my customized brush it snapped back to a default profile as if I hadn't edited it at all.
