Failing to run past the startup screen!

Uninstalled...downloaded new exe file...turned off firewall...reinstalled (& firewall back on!)...no difference, though title stayed on a little longer. -

Woops...sorry, been a long day (even for those of us retired!)...Anti-Virus & Firewall both Comodo. -

I'm not brill on working of a computer but... Windows 10 Home Intel ® Pentium ® CPU J2900 @ 2.41 GHz 64 bit 3989MB/4GB Intel HD Graphics Hope that helps. -
Win 10 (upgrade from Win 8), 64 bit...no problems loading exe file...when attempt to run, initial title appears (with blue circle...a hopeful sign), then disappears as if had never attempted to run...tried diff compatability settings, same result.
