Is there any other reason other than if a layer is locked that the move tool will not allow you to transform a layer? I have never had this problem before but I am trying to transform something and the corner nodes are not showing up when I select the layer. It is not locked. It just shows me the boundaries of the layer but does not let me select anything rotate/resize it using the move tool.

I see no option to do this within the program itself and the main site has no link to update that I can find, despite talking about the new features the update has. This could be waaaaaaaaay more intuitive (like, every other program in existence).
