I'm trying to upgrade from V1 to V2 of Designer. According to Affinity there is a 25% discount for V1 users to upgrade. I downloaded the trial version of V2 but when I try to buy it with the discount all I get is the error message shown in the attachment. Are they saying that you have to pay full price for V2 and then you get a 25% refund? What am I missing? Why can't they just give you a code for the discount?

When I go to open a new document none of the presets show up (see screenshot). Using Publisher 1.8.3. How should I fix this?
