Nonprofit Affinity login with Canva Credentials

Jim Mueller posted a topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing

So far, no luck getting an answer through Affinity Support. The issue: MacOS Desktop On 09/16, because we are an approved nonprofit account, we received an email advising that Affinity apps were available for download and accessible through our Canva credentials free of charge. I installed designer and following the instructions, looked for a 'Sign in with Canva' link -- there is not such a link. Only info regarding starting a trial. I have re-installed to no avail. PLEASE ADVISE Thank you.
