  1. Thank you @Alfred. Just pointing out a marketing glitch. Those clients who buy Affinity software through a licensed agency are not able to switch to an earlier version. (I would need version 1.10.4 to be functional) That was my error... though the buyer only finds out about these things in retrospect. I can just put it down to bad experience, but other buyers need to be forewarned about this problem. In this forum it's been confirmed in various places that a person may compromise their entitlement /user options if buying through Apply or other agency. My option is to buy the product again, but directly through Serif. I may have to use a different identity in order to do that?
  2. There being no reply to this I am assuming I need to buy the product again. Or decide not to go with Affinity.
  3. Ok, I purchased Affinity 2 Publisher and only then found that it is too advanced for the operating system that my Mac can handle. But sounds like – as I bought it through a licensed agent, rather than directly – I can't use the product, or even revert to an earlier version. I do have an Affinity Account and it shows that I have Publisher 2. I have no choice but to buy it again? (I''ve been trying to get away from Adobe In Design.)
