Tools (Paintbrush etc) having no effect upon masks. Unable to resize Studio panels. Have had to disable Hardware Acceleration because of Raw file arefacts. However, happy to see return of the Remove Layer bin icon.

I was previously using Ver 2.2, which was fine. Unticking Hardware Acceleration seems to work.
