    Thanks Dan C, I think that helps. I changed monitors and it worked well. I will stay with that monitor. Haven't had that problem any where else

    that is exactly what I'm saying only it is in Affinity Designer. You will be my hero if you can figure this out. I'm including 2 screenshots. One is when it is opened in affinity designer, the other is a direct opening off the desktop. Obvious difference
