Thank you Nathan - after uninstalling, I checked the old verson worked fine. I then uninstalled and installed 2.1.0 (instead of doing the upgrade) and that works fine.

Was using Topaz 1.7 as a plugin from within Affinity Photo (1.10.6 on Windows 10), upgraded to Topaz Photo AI 2.1.0 - now it crashes when I try to invoke the plugin. Topaz works perfectly when used standalone.
