Attached is a video of the main issue - it depicts me moving the Apple Pencil across the canvas, but where it SHOULD stay visible, it disappears at the 'edges' of every visible layer. To add insult to injury, it also depicts that when i try to draw outside this boundary, it visually cuts off, and only when you stop drawing, or move the canvas, does what is drawn outside of this 'box' become visible.
Here is how this issue is replicated:
This is somehow a result of importing a PSD file into Affinity. This artwork was originally created in Affinity, converted to PSD, edited in Photoshop, then imported back into Affinity. So the original Affinity file does not have this issue.
Attached also are:
1. The Affinity file observed in the video, which displays the problem (Officer Barnaby.afphoto)
2. The 'original' Affinity file pre-PSD export, which does not have the problem (UNISEX TEMPLATE)
3. The PSD file I imported into affinity, which technically becomes the affinity file observed in the video. (Officer_Barerra)
Exporting to PSD, then importing the edited PSD is a really important part of my workflow - I'm working on an animation project, so any workarounds that would fix the issue with the hover bug & drawing delay would be really appreciated. I tried exporting the afphoto file, then importing it, but the problem persisted.
