DannyHouston Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 (edited) To recreate: I was making changes to a live doc, then I exited the document. I waited for the document to finish saving visually (it turns grey, then returns to normal color), then I closed the application. When I reopened the application, the document was strangely duplicated 3 times, but instead of being a file, it was now a group that said "0 Items". I scrolled down to the original location of the document, and it was also now a group that said "0 items". For all intents and purposes I have lost this file. Is there any way for every single live doc to be saved somewhere on the ipad/icloud without going through and saving each one manually? I can't afford to lose any more live documents as it's work-related. Edited January 17, 2024 by DannyHouston Placing the name of the application Quote
Staff Callum Posted January 18, 2024 Staff Posted January 18, 2024 Hi Dann Houston, If you click the hamburger menu button shown towards the top right of your screenshot do you get a save as copy option? If so please could you save a copy of this file and send it to me? Unfortunately if this option is not available then there isn't much we can do to restore this file due to Apple sandboxing restrictions. We would advise always creating a back up of any work or client related files. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
