Hi, is there a way to align the footnote numbers to the right side? For example if I have the footnotes 9 and 10, I want the 9 to be in alignmentwith the 0.

My issue with Slovak-style („“) quotes persists.

Hi, I am preparing a book which has about 200 pages, many images, subheadings and footnotes. I want to change the rule thickness and vertical offset but at this point it just makes publisher crash. It works again when I delete about 160 pages. I get the same result on my pc [WIN 10] and laptop [WIN 11].
