That day when I was editing a photo, quite a large one with 100Mb, the top upper bar where all the files, edit buttons are suddenly doesn't work. I then closed the software trying to reset it but thenext thing I know is my laptop gives me a busy cursor whenever I open affinity photo and doesn't open. I tried uninstall and install the program. It worked but when I exported a file, the same thing happened again. please help

Hi I was having the same problem here The upper file window bar wasn't responding and I tried to close the tab The next thing I know is the app keeps giving me the busy cusor like the owner of the post did and doesn't open
