Accessing NIK Collection from Affinity photo

The initially imported document is a 16 bit TIFF from PhotoLab. I can open NIK from the background layer. If I go to Nik from Background it works

When I go to settings this is what I see. I am unable to access NIK plugins from Affinity Is this a NIK issue or an Affinity issue or am I missing something?

When I add a mask, my color wheel changes to slider. I can change this back to a wheel, but would rather leave this alone
