Is there a way to keep the measurements drawn by the Measurement Tool in Designer? I find it really useful for my work but whenever I click off the tool, the measurements disappear. Thanks

See the attached. (In the attached image, the columns are already equal width but sometimes I'm working on a design where I would like to automate the process. I do have Pubisher so it's not the end of the world but just wondered if there was a quick way to do it within Designer.) Thanks

Is there a shortcut or method to automatically equalise text column widths in Designer? Have googled but no luck.

I'm trying to apply a linear gradient to a background so that the top of the image is fully visible and the bottom fades to white - but when I use the gradient tool, the image just turns gray. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to copy linked text frames in Publisher to Designer so that changes in the former automatically appear in the latter?

Is there a way to automatically distribute text across multiple text frames so that each frame is evenly filled? i.e. no excess white space in the final frame?
