  1. Hi, I purchased the original affinity photo via the App Store approximately a year ago and a few days ago upgraded to infinity two (also via the App Store). Initially the software worked without fault however due to a software problem on the macOS I had repair and re-install additional software, since doing this I am unable to get affinity to load. I receive the message that my software has not been registered. I'm unable to see the purchase history on my affinity account (it does however show on my app Store account). Could you please advise me as to how to rectify this problem, many thanks
