One Licence for two operating systems !!!!

I am about to buy the Affinity V2 Universal Licence today. Will I be able to run the Publisher 2 on my Windows 10 PC and the Photo 2 & Designer 2 on my MacBook and or iPad - or do I have to buy separate licences for each operating platform. Thank you
