Keywords missing after export to JPEG or TIFF. —- Bug

Also having this issue with Ventura 13.0.1 with Affinity Photo 2 (2.0.0) when opening as a tiff from Lightroom Classic (12.0.1), editing in Affinity Photo 2, then saving back out as a tiff.
