Thanks. I've now bought the design component through serif which allowed me to set up an account with username and password. Hopefully that will sort out the photo issue.

Please be kind. I just purchased my 1st version of Affinity photo through apple. I have downloaded it but I can't validate the licence. It is asking for my Affinity email and password which I haven't had the opportunity to set up. If click on the reset password link it doesn't take me anywhere. Feeling defeated before I even start.
