  1. In Affinity Publisher/Designer/Photo 2.3.1, copied text in rich text (RTF) is broken when system language is Japanese. I have found this issue while trying out the Font Switch feature of Typeface App. To demonstrate: Switch your system language to Japanese Restart your computer Open Affinity and create a new document Create some text Copy the text Open Finder and choose Edit > Show Clipboard (or open TextEdit and paste) Tested on: MacBook Pro 15 Mid 2018 (Intel) macOS 11.7.10 Big Sur I’ve heard that the same problem occurs in Monterey (Intel) and Sonoma (M2). RTF commands start with backslash ( \ ) but it seems to be replaced with ( ´¥ ) due to extra escaping. (Note that some Japanese environment displays backslash as yen sign)
  2. Thank you for validating the issue. Some professional grade fonts are using this strange formation.
  3. Hello, I found an issue about Expand Stroke with a specific shape shown in the figure. This problem occurs around an endpoint of curve with control points on only one side. It seems to stop occurring when the border is thicker. A similar problem occurs when Text as Curves option is selected in PDF output. Environment: Intel MacBook Pro with Radeon Pro 560X graphics macOS 11.7.6 Big Sur Affinity Designer/Publisher 2.1.0 With and without hardware acceleration expand-stroke-issue.afdesign
