Hello, thank you for your advice. Yes I indeed used the unzip method and didn't install it properly. Everything is working after reinstallation.

Hello, I just bought the new V2 universal license but when I open whichever of the three new aps the option "create" is greyed out and the presets are missing. What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug? Thanks.
