Many thanks for providing those for me - everything looks correct in terms of your settings, however I've found multiple reports (14 pages!) online from Windows 11 users of this issue occurring within Word, web browsers etc, so I don't believe this is an issue with Affinity at this time.
Can you please try the possible fixes listed below and let me know if this resolves the issue for you?
