It's 100% a problem with windows. Good to hear it's not happening on the preview build though, sounds like they must finally have a fix prepared

Hey guys. I've also experience this issue on Windows 11. Specifically, I first came across it while using Clip Studio Paint, and then replicated it in Affinity Photo. I think its safe to say this is a bug in Windows 11, and not with any of the other mentioned programs
