  1. Hi all, I'm experiencing the same issue in Designer V1 almost every time I'm prompted with the Finder window in the Export persona. Also on a Mac (Build 13.2.1 (22D68)) and also using cloud storage (OneDrive). Attached a screenshot of the stuck export. Like others, I have never had the app actually crash. I'm just forced to quit after a few minutes of the app not responding. I can also confirm that the export will work after force quitting the app 3 times. Not sure if it matters, but I am bulk exporting 11 slices.
  2. That's good to know. Thanks so much for the video, it was very helpful! I successfully printed the document without any of the selection tool lines.
  3. @firstdefence this seems to have solved my issue, thank you so much for your help! Could you help me understand the blank rectangle child layers that appear after rasterizing an image and creating a pixel layer (at the bottom of your layers panel)? Is this the layer, rather than the pixel layer itself, that I should be painting and editing? Or is it one and the same as the pixel layer? Thanks, -Ryan
  4. Hi all, I did some searching for this topic in the forums and could not find anything that matched this issue. However, if perhaps I was not using the right keywords, I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction... I have an image that I have rasterized and removed pixels from using the freehand selection tool (encircling and then using delete key). When I export the file to PDF, the selection tool lines are invisible when viewing on Mac preview or Firefox PDF viewer, but they are still visible when using Adobe Acrobat and when I try to print the file. I am not sure what is causing this issue or how to get rid of the lines. I have tried inserting another vector layer with white fill behind the image to block them, and I have played with the "anti-aliasing" toggle in the marquee selection tool, but neither of these worked. I have also tried exporting as flat PDF... also did not work. I have attached the original file as well as some scree-shots of the issue region as viewed on Mac preview and Adobe Acrobat. Any suggestions and advice are greatly appreciated. Thanks! poster_chemical-biology-physiology-conference_2022_vportrait-3.afdesign
