Yeah I just noticed this as well. the mockup doesn't display properly. had this issue as well with the 1.8 where some mockups would have perfect smart objects and others not. I was kind of hoping version 1.10.5 would solve that issue. Your functionalities explanation is clear. Thank you.

Hello guys, please my trial version ends in 3 days and id like to buy Affinity designer. so far so good but today I realized I can't open smart objects from mockup files. I don't know if its because I'm on the trial version (or at least I hope that's the reason) cuz I'd really like to buy it and keep on working but I need the smart objects feature. Clicked on the thumbnail and double clicked but it doesn't open the smart object. I had a laptop with version 1.8 and it opened smart objects. right here is my new personal laptop so... please I need an answer before the end of my trial so know, thanks a lot 🙏
