  1. Hello, I have to wonder, is there an measure tool in Affinity Photo? I'm not able to find it anywhere in the tools and this is pretty needed feature I think.
  2. Hi, would it be possible to integrate pngquant (https://pngquant.org) for exporting PNG files? It allows to create 8 bit, indexed PNGs but with full 8 bit alpha channel. Files are thus very small but still retain full transparency and great quality (in most cases) through indexing and dithering.
  3. Currently to get a color value with color picker tool, you have to drag it from the color palette and move it over the color you want. Only after that you can copy the color values from color palette, which is very unintuitive and complicated. Please allow to select color picker with keyboard shortcut, like I in Photoshop and allow to get color value by clicking on it - this way it's possible to copy color exactly from specific pixel. Also, Photoshop allows you to copy Hex color value directly to clipboard when color picker is selected and you right click on an area in image. This allows to easily get color values for web design.
  4. sorry, I ment Affinity Photo, but this probably applies to Design as well. But anyway, such designs from Photoshop are broken then.

  6. In Affinity Photo it's not possible to change reference point of X/Y axis for rulers by dragging from top left corner of rulers as it's possible in Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign. So, if you want to set 0 as a starting point somewhere say from edge of some object/layer, you can't do so.
  7. Affinity Designer rasterizes smart objects placed into PSD files from Ilustrator/other vector editor, so these objects are no longer vector ones.
  8. After importing PSD file with text frames with overflowed text, this overflowed text is visible outside of text frame boundaries. Photoshop shows only text which is inside the text frame, not outside of it.
