  1. Thanks for your help and suggestions, everyone. I decided to create a new document and start again!
  2. Hi folks. I'm not finding how to set the page size in the Master. It seems to me if I'm not working in the right page size everything would change when it goes to print. Any pointers, please?
  3. Thought that did it but it only deletes the text frame when there's no text. When there's text it deletes everything. Still not seeing how to isolate the frame from the text.
  4. Hi Dan. Yes I did! I realized it after trying to catch up late last night - mistake! The first email address, please.
  5. Thanks. I want to keep the margins (on the master) and delete the text frames. Can you tell me how to do that?
  6. Still couldn't see how to isolate the text box so have dropboxed it to you. Thanks.
  7. Thanks Nathan. I was mistaken in saying that there are 2 sets of margins! The problem is that before I created the Master, I had created text boxes and inserted text into them. Now I can't get rid of the text boxes or isolate them from the text.
  8. I'm having a total meltdown here. I hope you can help. I'm creating a book. I've set up the Master but only after I had begun inserting and formatting the text. I set it up with the size and margins I wanted, and set it to apply to all pages (facing pages). Now I have 2 sets of margins on the same page and can't see how to delete the text frame I created originally. When I right click on a spread and click on Apply master the old frame still shows up. So then I tried creating a new document but still can't isolate the text from the frame to copy and paste into the new doc - it always pastes with the frame. Help!!!
