After a long time I find a way, if you go to preferences and go to performance select Nearest Neighbor and deselect the two options below you can transform the pixels without losing the shapes. Sorry my english -

Can I use Bilinear, or Nearest Neighbor to transform a selection? -
Hello! I just want to know if there is a way to modify, for example a 16x pixels selection and using the move tool, or the transforming tool, using Nearest Neighbor and not other stuff. There is a way to configure that?
