BIG HEAVY

it has happen on older designs but it happens every single time I start a new design.....I was able to do a design yesterday after I reported it to you/ but today it did the same thing again ill just keep saving every few seconds but hopefully you can help me fix this

Im not sure what im supposed to do but every time I go to get started on a design starting with just a name and a font search on my drop down window I can't even get 30 seconds in and my app keeps shutting down....it has happened at least five times this morning

Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks
