  1. I did successfully manage to get my payment approved but I had to create a new account using a different email address to do so. Not a problem as I am unlikley to use version 1 again. I had changed the email address on the first account as the original email used when setting up that account was discontinued, don't know if that had any bearing on the issue though.
  2. I am having the same issues with trying to purchase Affinity 2. Tried on 11 november with various cards and different browsers and computers, always got the Payment Declined message. I tried again today 24 november with the same results. There is no problem with the card according to my bank and the cards have been accepted numerous times. I emailed customer services about this on 11 november and received a automated reply with a ticket number (#784530) but have not yet received any response to the message, now 13 days!
