  1. R C-R, you were certainly right about the Stabilizer option checked. Removing this has completely solved the problem. Many thanks for the info.
  2. I'm following an exercise regarding affinity masks in Robin Walley's Essential Affinity Photo book. However, when I select the paint brush to either paint white or black I get a red line from the brush circle to a cross. When I drag the brush the effect is occurring at the cross at the end of the line and not at the brush circle. How do I get rid of this line and cross so that I just have the brush circle? Have I not selected something correctly in the top Access tool bar? I'm using W10 PC.
  3. Gave a try and I see you can drag this from the top but seems to affect the whole image. Do not want it to affect the non sky area. Sorry but really new to this program after using LR/PS where you just drag the filter over the area you want to adjust.
  4. Brian Horton, I quite agree with you that all I want is gradient/ND filter that you can click on, drag over the sky area and adjust. Just as you can do in I think all other major image adjustment software. Having to take several steps to achieve the same thing is a pain and time wasting.
  5. I've only just installed Affinity Photo on my Windows PC. I'm currently going through the ebook to be able to get some understanding of it. I have a couple of comments regarding the program so far. I have noticed there is no Gradient/ND filter slider as in all other imaging software, eg LR, PS, DxO and Skylum. It seems there are ways around this which seem to me be a bit protracted. Surely this is not too hard to implement and should be something that could be added. Also, there is an extreme shortage of Canon lens correction data. My current camera is an R5 being used with a number of EF L lenses.
