I am having this issue app will try to open them instantly crash button shows then closes the app. And I am working on a surface pro 6 everything was fine until update.

Hello, New to affinity photo and design. Everything was working great then the update happened to 1.10 and my app will not open says something about crash but shuts of in seconds. Any one having these issues or have some knowledge on how I can resolve this I am working on a surface pro 6 I tried to uninstall and same thing happened I purchased from the Microsoft store app Any feedback is much appreciated Thanks,
