I simply want to: - Select SOME of the Nodes of an Object - Separate part of the Object Selected into a separate object - so I now have two objects If I select part of an object then I have the functionality with the Node Tool to move all Selected Nodes independent of the rest of the Object, but I can't adjust the size (probably because the only way to do this is by separating and reattaching) I try to explain as clearly as I can what I am trying to do - hope the above clarifies

So I had a look at that page and did a search for the latest drivers and there's a new driver out that isn't installed on my PC - after I checked through Device Manager and searched for new drivers there - it said my drivers are up to date. This latest once is a game ready driver (apparently) so I'm wondering what the point in this GeForce Experience is at all if it hasn't updated my drivers to the latest version???

Where do I download this other version - I tried creating a desktop but it's didn't make any difference. Anything I can do to get this GeForce crap gone! Why can't it just run in the background with popping up things over the interface? I can't find anywhere on the website to download the latest version or the history of versions - where has this page gone?

Been meaning to figure out a quick and easy way to do this - other than by creating two separate layers which can be tricky and time consuming. Is there an easy way to do that by selecting parts using the Node Tool? Like Select some Nodes and Duplicate them into a new layer maybe? Sometimes I add and remove bits to complex objects and I'd like to retain functionality to alter the size of smaller objects added to larger ones

What is Fill Mode? I never use that

I think I recall hearing people complaining about the Boolean functions not working They don't seem to be working very well for me today, as now I can't get two layers to add (just deletes one of the layers) Unless I'm doing something wrong? If not and this is a bug then that really is a steaming pile of garbage and forces me to question what I just invested £89.99 in going forward It looks like Add and Subtract buttons are the wrong way wrong? To get these two objects to add anyway - not really sure what's going on or feel very confident using this software going forward it doesn't seem very well built or tested for bugs

Fair enough - I might have to do that. Otherwise find a way to stop it overlaying icons! I mean, do I need three of them as well? Is there no setting in Affinity to stop this? Surely blocking third party access from other programs is a minimum feature? I guess it's not running through Affinity though, but over it..

Just trying to add two layers. Why is it removing the eyes? ie. the holes which are supposed to represent eyes - why is it removing them? I've barely done 5 minutes work so far getting back in to it and here I am trying to figure out how to resolve bugs!
