  1. I see. If this is more of a Windows problem than an Affinity Photo problem, I will try to look up more on this.
  2. The OS I use is Windows 11. I have the screenshot here. I marked off some things to hide my private information. But the image files are the ones labeled _MG_2623 and _MG_2623 (small). I have also posted screenshots of the screens I see when I open those files.
  3. As of this time, I have not upgraded to V.2 of the Affinity suite yet, so keep this in mind as I ask this question. I started doing photography and editing photos again like before, however, I have found a strange problem with Affinity Photo in which every time I edit a photo and export it as a JPEG file, I can't find it in the folder where I exported it. I tried going to the Home page in my folders to see if the photos that I was working with were in the folder where I exported them, yet when I tried to open them from the Home page, it said that the photos couldn't be found. Any idea what might be the problem here?
  4. I have already purchased Affinity Photo a while ago and just now I couldn't open it, other problems that came with it. I thought then that I would deal with this issue by deleting it and redownloading it again. I want to know how to redownload Affinity Photo, since when I go on the website, I don't want to buy the software again to redownload it. How do I redownload the software without having to pay for it again?
