I am getting a new computer and want to transfer the app onto the new one (I learned how to do this from previous forums) my issue is that the Affinity website does not recognize my email address when I try to log in. I also tried resetting my password but the same message appears "cannot find Affinity account with the email address"
I Purchased the software directly from the website.
Please help I know the program is on sale right now but I really don't want to buy a new software when I already did.
