Lee D That worked. Thanks. It was occurring once I clicked export, never got to make a selection as to PDF, JPG, PNG. Just locked up once I clicked on export.

Window 10 home version: 21H2 checking windows update it says I am up to date. publisher 2 up to date. Vs 2.0.4 I have had an issue when I try and export a file. Publisher Locks up, nothing can be clicked on and the only way to get out is to go to windows task manager and stop the program. Everything else seams to work fine. One page doc with a few JPG files but I also tried it with just opening a new doc and creating a text frame and typing in just a few words. Same thing.

I know this is an old thread but I had the same issue with a business card with an image. I found that when I set Rasterize to Nothing my image disappeared in the PDF but when I set it everything it then produced a PDF without any lines. All was good. this is in version 2 of AP.

what are you using to open those PDFs now?

Hi all, I'm Roy from Fresno California. I ran across Affinity Publisher the other day and I am impressed with all the professional features that are available. Much improved over Page Plus that I used for a year or two about five or six years ago. I have not had a publisher program that I have really like for years now. Back in the early 2000s I used Microsoft Publisher 2003 and like that, but disliked the direction it went over the next few years and quit using it. I dabbled with inDesign but did not want to pay the monthly fee. Used the old Page Plus from Serif but didn't find it worked well for me. For the last few years I have been using Libre Office Draw as my publisher platform, but it has it's limitations. I am excited to have found that Serif has total revamped their offering. I think I have found my new page design program.
