OK, thanks for the reply. I have requested refund from Apple store and bought direct from your store. That worked fine. Hope I get the refund from Apple, and didn't end up paying twice. Cheers from Australia

I recently purchased Publisher from the Apple store, but can not get it to download. I have bought Designer and Photo from the store, years ago and had no problems. I am running Mojave 10.14.6 and have been able to update Designer and Photo to 1.9 no problems, I can see that the latest updates are also there. I have done the log out of store and restart, to no avail. The payment has come out of bank account after a couple of days, so I know its all paid for OK. I am stumped, and would appreciate any help on the matter. Many thanks in advance, love your programs.
