Hey, I see this crash on Mac OS X 10.14.6 with Affinity Publisher 1.9.0! Without opening any document, opening Studio -> Fields and than double click on a field Affinity does crash. There is no difference by doing this with an open document. Logging out an in does not solve this Problem in my case!
