  1. Hi Steven, I have emailed them, but received no reply yet. Do you know how this matter can be resolved?
  2. Hi, I have been charged two times by Affinity for Affinity Publisher, as the charges appear on my credit card, but here, on the Affinity website, it says 'declined', and so I have been charged twice and yet no product has been delivered. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
  3. Same exact thing. 2 charges and no product key. I just emailed customer service about it, hopefully they reply.
