    Problem solved. Downloaded most recent Windows update then retried installation and updates. Success!!

    Here are SetupUI.logs for Publisher, Designer and Photo. I downloaded updates to latter 2 and received same message when attempting to update Designer SetupUI.txt Photo SetupUI.txt Publisher SetupUI.txt

    Downloaded software today and having same problem. Selected Run As Administrator, started Preparing then received message Setup Failed

    Same problem here. Downloaded today and received "Setup Failed" message. I have Application and Csystem logs.
