Grow/Shrink Transform options

@Newbie I am also struggling with grow /shrink option. It is in pixel mode and under section. I can only select it if I invert pixel selection but them shrink /growth can be applied to a whole document in stead of individually selected object. Have you figured it out? If you have youtube video ill follow. -
