Thank you! I think this solution worked best for me. But I also did tick Ignore Text Wraps as well as advised earlier

Just bought Publisher and was testing around. Some text don't show up when I move it (even without background rectangle). Attached 1st pic shows text that shows up and 2nd pic shows that the same text goes missing when I moved it upward into position. Can someone tell me what's wrong?
