Why I can not pay with my visa card??? Please Help!!

Hello, I have tried to purchase Photo twice but can't get past the processing order screen, which was blank the last time. This seems to be a long time problem, which if I was Serif I'd be embarrassed about. Don't see this problem with other companies.
