I am looking at purchasing Affinity Photo specifically because Photoshop has become more trouble than it is worth with the monthly fees and all the bloatware that comes with it. What are the future plans for Affinity Photo in regards to updating the software, potential changes to the pricing (i.e. moving to a monthly fee structure which would then be required in order to stay up to date)? What is the current update process/structure for Affinity Photo? Payment for each new version? Upgrades for a specific period of time? (this would be nice to have on the main page of the website for the software) Additionally, I have noticed that while the Affinity Photo trial program runs at less than 25% of the memory usage of CC 2020, the "power usage" is listed as "very high". Is this an issue that is being considered for optimization?
