  1. Hi again, sorry to bump an old topic but I'm still encountering the same issues... Have done all of the above, everything is entirely up to date. I'm able to render hours of footage in AVID with no crashes but for some reason I cant handle Affinity Photo... I have two layers I am adjusting perspective warp on, and the first one I can accomplish. The second one I try to adjust, Affinity Photo will allow me to click and move things, but it doesnt update the adjustments, and wont let me "apply" anything... And then it goes unresponsive.
  2. Never Mind! I dragged my shadow layers into my background group, and all is well. I knew it was something so simple.
  3. I know this is actually a really silly question, and I know how to do it on photoshop, but for some odd reason I'm having a VERY difficult time with my mask layers and adding shadows.... Currently my Layers look like this: I'd like to bring my Shadow layers above the background, but outside of the masked Dog 1 and 2 layers group.... Having a hard time wrapping my head around this without making additions to the mask to show the shadow layers?
  4. Hi All, I've recently fully switched to using Affinity Photo as my primary editing software, but I've noticed that doing certain actions I would normally do with ease in Photoshop cause Affinity Photo to essentially lock up and crash. Most commonly I've noticed that the various selection tools, marquee tools, etc are what trigger these crashes most. I'm not working with large files for the most part. The most recent crash I experienced was a 7x7inch canvas, with 2 small, pasted pixel layers that had 2-color sketches in them I brought in from an email. I selected a relatively small area of one layer (I'm removing the white background) - and Affinity started rendering/buffering w/e, and then stopped responding for well over 20 mins. Eventually I just force quit the application. I am running Affinity Photo v 1.10.5.1342 Processor; Intel Core i7-9700k CPU @ 3.60GHz RAM; 64gb System; x64-based processor / 64-bit operating system OS; Windows 11 My question is; What could be causing these lock ups, and/or how can I prevent this in the future? Thank you!
  5. Welcome to 2022 - has Color Match made it's way to Affinity Photo? Is there an easier way to go about this, if not?
  6. Hey @firstdefence! Thank you so much for this information! That was incredibly easy, as I suspected, but I couldn't figure it out for the life of me! Greatly appreciated!
  7. Hi All, As the title says, I'm wondering if there is a way to retain the sizes for slice exports as their own preference? Currently it's a (32w, 32h) default selection, but I'm wondering if there is a way to automatically select 3 different export sizes.
  8. Ohh I'm seeing now that I can change the numbers. I was missing something Thanks so much for the help! Sometimes you just need someone to point it out in big bold letters to really understand
  9. I'm only seeing that can export it multiplications 1x, 2x, 3x, 100w etc... Not that I have the option of exporting it at exactly 18x18, 36x26 and 72x72.. unless I'm missing something?
  10. Hi All - As stated above, I'm wondering if there's a way to export persona at specific sizes? I have a large file with 8 different *diamonds* on it. I want to export each diamond 3 times each at different sizes. 18 x 18px 36 x 36px 72 x 72px How can I best go about achieving this? Is there a way to do it through Export Persona?
