  1. Thank you, @stokerg. I've attached a cut down version of the file, which has the pages showing that behaviour, and the title page to pad it onto a spread. I can attach the full file if necessary, but I would prefer not to release it into the wild if that can be avoided. anchor_behaviour_demo.afpub
  2. When I use my anchors to output PDF bookmarks, they are coming in the wrong order. I have a map on the left hand side of a spread, and then on the right hand side, a flowed text column, and then a single text pane, each of them with an anchor. They are coming up in the order flowed text, single pane, map. I can't use a Table of Contents, in the particular case, without an awful lot of work, and it's not going to do what I want. If I try to move anchors, I just get them tucking under each other as folders. How can I get my PDF bookmarks in the right order?
  3. AH! Wait! If I'd done that with the FIRST text box, then that's scaling everything and it doesn't look like it is. And then no matter how many times I created the second text box, it wouldn't matter - the first one would still be scaled. So that's it - I was acting correctly too late in the process, I bet. Thank you.
  4. I have tried this, and it didn't work. I redrew the frame and was explicitly NOT using the bottom right dot to resize. Unless clicking and dragging a new box does that, I wasn't doing it.
  5. I am having a strange issue where text boxes are automatically changing the size of the text that goes into them. I've tried pre-making the text boxes, and making them by clicking the link triangle then clicking and dragging. I'm sure I'm not rescaling text by using the bottom right corner. If I resize the text by setting it to the paragraph style it should have, and then delete in the first column, the text that gets flowed back is gigantic. So somehow it's a problem with rescaling, it seems, but it's happening automatically and I don' t know how to turn it off. Does anyone have any ideas?
  6. It seems that some headers were aligning to the baseline grid, and when I turned that off they started behaving as expected. Whooooo!
  7. I have a series of paragraphs with headers, where the header only shows spacing between itself and the paragraph before if the paragraph goes to more than 5 lines. 4) and 10) are set exactly the same, with leading at the same size as their heights. In what I'm guessing is the same sort of problem, I also have an issue where headers are collapsing onto the paragraph below, but only if the paragraph is a really short one. What's going on here? What should I be striving to understand?
