Little lags while working

Good morning. I have constant problems with a little lagging. When I move objects, zoom, draw, I feel constant small lags. I use Affinity Designer on both PC and Macbook and I don't have these problems on Macbook. Don't know how to remove it please? You can work somehow, but it's very annoying, so I work on a Macbook anyway. I have had this problem for several months, about the last three updates. FPS when working are somewhere between 2FPS - 150FPS and there are significant and frequent drops. Does anyone have the same problem? Did you manage to solve it? Thank you -

Hi. Please. I bought all programs via Mac OS, but i have two work station. One Is Macbook and second is PC with Windows 10. Can I use same key for PC like Photoshop? Thank you
