Workarounds for Distortion, Warp, or Perspective distort?

I can not believe there is no warp & distortion yet. I have to use Photoshop for this. Is crazy Serif is talking about implementing it from 2014 and there is yet no tool. I feel ripped off by a software that claims to be a professional design tool. bah!
